Got a lot of questions about our zipline experience? You've come to the right place.

Should I tip my tour guides?

Of course. Tips are not mandatory; but, your tour guides do work very hard to ensure that you are safe and that you have a great time, so they do appreciate any gratuity.


Where are you located?

We are in Boulder City, Nevada located just 25-30 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip without weekend/ holiday traffic.


Where do we meet for our tour?

Everyone will meet at the Flightlinez Bootleg Canyon Office located at 1644 Nevada Hwy, Boulder City, NV 89005


What should I wear?

Please wear closed toed shoes such as tennis shoes and comfortable clothing that is appropriate for the weather.


Do I need to bring water?

We provide bottles of water for every guest; however, if you would like to bring your own you are more than welcome to.


Can I bring a camera?

Yes! All guests are encouraged to bring their cameras. Your camera must have a wrist or neck strap so it does not get lost. Flightlinez Bootleg Canyon is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged personal property.


How long is the tour?

The tour is approximately 2 hours long.


What are the age and height restrictions?

There are no age or height restrictions. *We do however have a weight restriction; the minimum is 75lbs, the maximum is 250lbs.


Is there any hiking involved?

Yes, there is some trail hiking involved. (Total hiking time: 15 minutes)


Can I participate in the ride even if I have health problems?

Please call the Flightlinez Bootleg Canyon office to talk with a staff member regarding any issues you may have concerning your health.


What if I have back/neck or shoulder problems?

We recommend that anyone with back/neck or shoulder problems should not participate in the Flightlinez Bootleg Canyon attraction.


What if there is bad weather?

The Flightlinez Bootleg Canyon attraction is weather dependent, and we do shut down when it is too windy. You will be notified if we do have to shut down, and be given the option to reschedule.


Will I have the chance to see any animals?

Throughout the tour you may have the chance to see a variety of animals.
